- 8 weeks Challenge 2.0 classes will run from Monday to Friday with a full body workout on Saturday
Mon - Thurs 6am, 730am, 5pm, 7pm, 830pm
Friday 6am, 730am, 5pm, 7pm
Saturday 10am (Full body conditioning for maximum weight loss and strength) 1130am (Recovery and Mobility)
- 8 weeks Challenge 2.0 will cost rm500 for the first 50 sign ups (SOLD OUT), RM600 after those 50 slots are filled.
